I am Rob Hourmont, a British National born in Bristol, UK. At the at age of 7 I moved with my family to Innsbruck, Austria, where I went on to become an International World Cup and Olympic Ski Racer with the British Ski Team. I competed successfully in the 1988 Winter Olympics.
In 1990 during the last Downhill Ski practice before the first World Cup race of the season in Val d’Isere, France I crashed and broke my right leg and knee several times. After multiple surgeries I spent over one year in physical therapy, but to no avail, I was not able to recover from the injury and had to retire.
This is when I came across the Primal Health Coaching program. The last 3 months studying the program and executing/testing it on a daily step by step basis was fascinating. I lost 30 Pounds within weeks, turned by body composition around to being lean and firm, in fact I feel fitter than when I was an athlete in my teens.
Becoming a Primal Health Coach certainly turned my life around in all areas and I now have a clear vision and goal again. I am more determined than ever and I have learnt with surprising ease, how simple it really is to turn your life or negatives in your life around to positives.
My extensive experience as a Professional Athlete and now being a Certified Primal Health Coach, plus my own story of how I have made it back, have provided me with a unique base and tools to help others reach their goals and restore Health – Balance and Happiness to their lives.
